Optimize Theme Builder and Help Widget Memory Usage

We’ve noticed very high browser memory usage (often over 1GB) when using our custom subdomain with the new theme builder and help widget. Some team members even get Chrome “Not enough memory” errors when opening pages.

It seems the theme builder or help widget adds extra load compared to using app.gohighlevel.com. If possible, please consider optimizing these features to reduce memory strain and improve performance.

The customization options are fantastic; we just want to keep the experience smooth and stable for everyone.
