Currently when a client books with onboarding they recieve an email from name@thehelpdesk.com or name@baam.com and there is also no mention of our company details anywhere. I have had clients disregard it thinking it was spam, I have had others call me out on outsourcing my support team. This current setup is not fully whitelabel. There are several solutions to fix this.

Hey Steve, Thanks for flagging this. You were absolutely right, and we’ve now addressed it.
The onboarding email setup has been fully updated to ensure it is properly white-labeled. Emails will now be sent from your branded domain, and your company details will be clearly included in the communication.
